Dean Floyd Osborne, age 86, of the Birdmont Retirement Center, Wytheville died Sunday in the Wythe County Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Cox Osborne; and one sister, Carol O. Williams of Galax. The services and burial will be private. Barnett Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
