OBIT-PIETRA, A.

BLACKSBURG - Albert Henry Pietra, age 94, died Wednesday, January 30, 1991, at Heritage Hall Health Care Center. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, he was a son of the late Lewis and Alice May Hall Pietra. He was a veteran of World War I, and was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Pietra. Survivors include a daughter, Alice Pietra Moody, Blacksburg; three grandchildren, Paul Moody, Richmond; Donald Moody, Kennewick, Washington State; Joan Moody Steele, Wilmington, N. C.; six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 2, 1:00 p.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Ray Allen will officiate. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
