Mildred Vires Moxley, age 83, of Pulaski, died Thursday at Heritage Hall Nursing Home. Born in Pulaski County, July 26, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Epheian G. Vires and Ada Stone Vires. She was a member of the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Pulaski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. David G. Moxley. Surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Ella Mae) Hedge, Mrs. Lewis (Elsie) Boothe, both of Radford; Mrs. Jesse (Lillian) King, Draper; Mrs. Roy (Carrie) Hurt, Savannah, Ga.; Miss Lima Vires, Kalamazoo, Mich.; three nieces; five nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Ferguson officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home.
