In other business bankruptcy petitions for liquidation, Fashion Floors of Southwest Virginia Inc. at Hillsville, headed by Charles Payne, reported debt of $136,049 and no assets; NRV Electric & Machine, Radford, headed by Patrick R. Day, chairman, and Larry K. Ervine, president, said its debt was $29,914 and its assets, $38,838; Hill & Clark Tire Co. of Norton, headed by Roy Hill, reported debt of $152,833 and assets of $30,787.
