Kelly Michele Carter and John Mark Taylor, II, are engaged and plan to be married June 22, 1991. Miss Carter is the daughter of Doris and Larry Rigdon and Roy and Nancy Carter, all of Bedford County. Mr. Taylor's parents are John and Sandra Taylor of Roanoke. Miss Carter, a graduate of Virginia Tech, teaches 7th grade in the Daleville City School System. Mr. Taylor graduated from Roanoke College and is a chemist with the City of Danville.
