Mary Woodward Hagan and William Kreisler Neal, Jr., are engaged and
planning to be married in July 1991. Mary is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
William Campbell Hagan of Roanoke, Va. She graduated from Randolph-Macon
Woman's College and also from the Virginia/Maryland Regional College of
Veterinary Medicine. William is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Kreisler Neal
of Roanoke Rapids, N. C. He graduated from North Carolina State University
with a degree in engineering and also from Virginia Commonwealth University
with a Master's in Business Administration. He is employed by Virginia Power.
