Angela G. Kessler and Sam Y. Lee are engaged and planning a May wedding. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John David Kessler, of Roanoke. She will graduate from Radford University in May. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Young Lee, of Lynchburg. He graduated from VPI in 1987 and is currently employed by New River Castings Company in Radford.
