Logan Stanley Payne, 8 lbs 8 1/2 ozs., 21 inches long, was born at Community Hospital of Roanoke on January 16, 1991 at 6:51 p.m. His parents are J. Stanley and Carol Payne. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hanretta of New Windsor, N.Y.; Mr. and Mrs. Max Klotz of Fredericksburg; and Mr. and Mrs. Joe S. Payne of Alpharetta, Ga. Logan and his parents reside in Martinsville.
