Family members of those serving in Operation Desert Storm may send first-class letters postage-free from Radford post offices through Feb. 14.

Radford members of the National Association of Letter Carriers have agreed to provide postage for any letter sent from Radford ZIP codes 24141, 24142 or 24143.

Bring letters to a window clerk at the Radford post office or give them to a letter carrier.
