Subscribers to the Oakland (Calif.) Tribune can receive a copy of The National sports daily with their morning newspaper under a joint venture announced Monday.

Under the agreement, the Tribune receives a percentage of all National subscriptions it delivers. National spokesmen said the sports daily is negotiating with newspapers in several parts of the county and expects to start similar services in other metropolitan areas.
