Manns had 15 assists, breaking the record of 14 held by Ron Pendleton and David Fields.
Timmy Basham, Troy Anderson and Monty Anderson each scored 16 points, and Toby Webb added 15 as the Patriots (13-4) pulled away in the second quarter for a 52-36 halftime lead. They were never in trouble after a close first quarter.
Jamane Penn paced Bluefield (4-11) with a game-high 31 points.
PH next plays Friday night against William Fleming at the Salem Civic Center.

Dontel Arrington led the Colonels with 21 points. David Williams pitched in 15, and Terrell Milam and Champ Hubbard added 13 each.
Lamont Beck was the only Danville player to score more than eight points, and he finished with 18.
