LUXEMBOURG OFFICIAL: WAR ENDING THIS MONTH

The destruction of Iraq's economy and military will force Baghdad to back down by the end of February, Foreign Minister Jacques Poos of Luxembourg predicted Tuesday.

"Looking at the weakening of the Iraqi economy and war machine, I have the feeling it can't go on much longer," he told the French radio station Europe-1.

"Toward the end of the month of February we will see the end of this war," Poos said. - Associated Press
