OBIT JONES, W.

Warren R. Jones, age 67, of Blue Ridge died Wednesday, February 6, 1991 in a local hospital. He was an Army Veteran of World War II having received a Purple Heart. Surviving are his wife, Zella Lawhorn Jones; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry W. and Sandra A. Jones, Michael R. and Dana U. Jones; grandson, Eric Reese, all of Blue Ridge; a brother, Everett L. (Pete) Jones, Powhatan, Va.; a sister, Bernice Graybill, Blue Ridge. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 2:00 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Clayton Leonard officiating. Burial will be in Glade Creek Cemetery, Blue Ridge. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
