OBIT MCCUTCHEON, H.

Hansford Alexander McCutcheon, 87, died February 4, 1991, in a Lexington hospital. He was born in Buena Vista, October 13, 1903, the son of the late George and Mittie W. McCutcheon. Surviving are his wife, Mary Ophelia B. McCutcheon; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth M. Nash, Buena Vista; one son, Willis M. McCutcheon, Charleston, S.C.; one son-in-law, Oliver B. Nash, Buena Vista; two daughters-in-law, Francenia McCutcheon, Charleston, S. C.; Dorothy McCutcheon, Lexington; eight grandchildren, Oliver L. Nash, Roanoke; James and Robert Nash, both of Buena Vista; Marion McCutcheon, Wilmington, Del.; Edith Briggs, Roanoke; Catherine Nash, Richmond; Tawanda McCutcheon, Washington, D. C.; Miliene Akbarr, Boston; five great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Nathaniel Perkins at the Rising Zion Baptist Church. The burial will follow in the Rising Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Lomax Funeral Home.
