ANGLE PARENT FILES REORGANIZATION PLAN

JPS Textile Group Inc., parent of the Angle plant that makes satins and other cloth at Rocky Mount, has filed a reorganization plan in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York.

The company said Thursday it hopes to have court confirmation of its debt restructuring in 60 to 90 days. The Angle plant, employing more than 150 people, remains in operation. - Staff report
