Bob Seger's ex-wife says the rock singer beat her and pressured her to have an abortion with the false promise he would remarry her, a lawyer said Wednesday in Pontiac. Mich.

Annette Seger has sued her former husband for more than $10,000 in damages.

Her attorney, Gordon Gold, told Oakland County Circuit Judge Richard Kuhn on Wednesday that Seger, of Bloomfield Hills, made her life a "living hell" by pressuring her to have an abortion one month after their November 1988 divorce.

Donald Trump's MTV debut will have to wait.

The real estate magnate has nixed his appearance in a video with an all-female heavy metal band after the two sides argued over Trump's fee - which his spokesman said was targeted for charity.

Trump initially accepted $10,000 to be given as a donation from Precious Metal for a cameo appearance in the band's remake of the '70s soul smash "Mr. Big Stuff." He taped his spot three months ago, portraying a record company executive.

But the final version of the video featured Trump throughout, said spokesman Dan Klores, and the developer thought his expanded role deserved a bigger donation.

Precious Metal lead singer Leslie Knauer said the larger figure was $250,000, and the relatively unknown band couldn't afford such a large payoff and Trump was replaced by a double in the video.

Andrew Lloyd Webber, composer of "Cats," "Phantom of the Opera" and "Aspects of Love," secretly married Madeleine Gurdon days before their planned church wedding.

The couple were married in a private ceremony at Westminster Register Office in London, a spokesman for the composer said Wednesday.

Lloyd Webber, 42, and Gurdon, a 27-year-old equestrienne, had planned to marry on Saturday. Heavy media coverage had been expected. The composer's divorce from actress Sarah Brightman, 30, who starred in his shows, had been a popular tabloid topic.

> Hugh Hefner, Playboy magazine founder, and his wife, Kimberley Conrad, have arranged for a playmate for their 10-month-old son.

The couple disclosed Wednesday that they are expecting their second child in September. Their first child, Marston Glenn Hefner, was born on April 9, Hefner's 64th birthday.

"They are thrilled. He said it was a playmate for his son," said Hefner spokesman Bill Farley.

Hefner and the 27-year-old Conrad, Playmate of the Month in January 1988 and Playmate of the Year in 1989, were married at the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills on July 1, 1989.

Hefner has two children from a previous marriage: daughter Christie, the head of Playboy Enterprises, and son David.
