METHODIST CHURCHES PRAY FOR GULF TROOPS

The churches of the Christiansburg United Methodist Charge will join in special prayer for all the people involved in the Middle East crisis and Operation Desert Storm each Sunday until the war ends.

Calvary Church, South Franklin Street, will meet at 9 a.m., Garber Chapel, South Roanoke Street, will meet at 10 a.m., and Park United Methodist Church, Park Street, will meet at 11 a.m. for a community prayer service for all the men and women in the Middle East.
