Mr. and Mrs. Eldridge H. Jones, Jr., of Marietta, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Lynn, to William Thomas Didlake, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. William T. Didlake of Richmond. Miss Jones is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Virginia Tech. She is employed by First Virginia Bank. Mr. Didlake is a graduate of Tucker High School in Richmond, and Virginia Tech. He is employed by Helig-Meyers Company. A September wedding is planned.
