Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Rolley are pleased to announce the engagement of
their daughter, Susan Elizabeth, to Joseph Monroe Parsons, son of Mrs. Judy M.
Ceppa of McLean, and Mr. Edward L. Ceppa of Falls Church. She is a graduate of
Cave Spring High School in Roanoke and James Madison University in
Harrisonburg. She is employed by Auditor of Public Accounts, Commonwealth of
Virginia in Fairfax. He is a graduate of George Marshall High School in Falls
Church and James Madison University. He is employed by J A K Construction in
Falls Church. A November 16, 1991 wedding is planned.
