Mrs. Mary Bickers Stiff, of 327 Hershberger Road Northwest, died Friday,
February 8, 1991. She was the widow of George W. Stiff. She was a member of
Green Ridge Presbyterian Church and was a long time resident of Lynchburg and
St. Petersburg, Fla. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, George B.
and Sue Stiff, Charlotte, N. C.; two grandsons, George B. Stiff and wife,
Elizabeth, Raliegh, N.C.; David Alan Stiff, student of University of North
Carolina, Charlotte. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside at
Evergreen Burial Park at 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 11, with the Rev.
William Reed Dalton and the Rev. Dr. J. Harris Stephens officiating. Friends
may call Oakey's North Chapel where the familiy will receive friends from
3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
