CARLISLE'S MUTCH REACHES MILESTONE, BUT CHIEFS FALL

Justin Mutch scored 17 points on Saturday, giving him 1,005 career points, but it wasn't enough as Forsythe Country Day whipped Carlisle 57-54 in a high school boy's basketball game.

Donnie Pennington of Carlisle (15-6) scored a game-high 22 points. Country Day (14-6) was paced by Adam Griffin with 16 and Chip Dinkins with 14.
