WOMAN CHARGED IN STABBING OF MAN

A 60-year-old man was treated and released from a local hospital after he was stabbed in the jaw with scissors early Friday, police said.

Police found Robert Lewis Singleton lying on the floor of a blood-spattered apartment in the 700 block of Hunt Avenue Northwest. His condition was unavailable late Sunday.

Tonya Lenese Ballou, 23, of the 900 block of Hunt Avenue Northwest, was charged with malicious wounding. Police found two steak knives and two razor blades on the floor of the apartment.
