Delbert Marshall Via, age 42, of Vinton, died Wednesday, February 13, 1991. Surviving are a son, Johnny Via, Vinton; his mother, Doris F. Via, Vinton; three brothers, Curtis Via, Vinton; Roger Via, Hardy; Kenneth Via, Vinton; three sisters, Becky LaMay, Staunton; Nancy Trent, Moneta; Brenda Severa, Goodview; grandmother, Mary G. Fore, Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 11:30 Saturday with the Rev. Carl V. Woodie officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
