MARINE CPL. RICKY L. HALE, son of Rosa L. Hale of 2127 Shenandoah Ave. N.W., has deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Desert Storm. He is serving with Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron-261, Marine Aircraft Group-26, based at Marine Corp Air Station New River, Jacksonville, N.C.

Hale is a 1986 graduate of Patrick Henry High School.

\ NAVY SEAMAN RECRUIT DARRELL C. WORRELL, 3818 Virginia Ave., has completed training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, Fla.

He is a 1990 graduate of Salem High School.

\ AIR FORCE SGT. JOHN S. FELTS, son of Joe L. Felts of Roanoke, has arrived for duty in Germany in support of Operation Desert Storm. Felts is a 1983 graduate of William Fleming High School.

\ NAVY SEAMAN RECRUIT BRADLEY WALKER, son of Janet R. Walker of 5466 Yale Drive, Salem, has completed training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Walker is a 1989 graduate of Glenvar High School.
