OBIT BISHOP, N.

Nellie Lester Bishop, age 82, of 860 Reading Road, died Thursday morning, February 14, 1991, at the home of her daughter in Floyd County. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Beulah Bishop of Christiansburg; Fred and Mary Bishop, Germanton, N. C.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Elsie and Gilbert Linkous, Riner; Maralee and Clifford Bishop, Christiansburg; one sister, Olya Sutphin; eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday from the Richardson-Horne Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Mike Desper with burial in the Gardner Family Cemetery, Floyd County. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 Friday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home.
