Mrs. Maggie Sue Garrison Hunt, age 69, 8144 Emerald Lane (Hollins) passed away in a local hospital on Thursday. Survivors include one son, William Lee Hunt; one daughter, Maggie L. Anderson; three sisters, Emma Richie, Alice Garrison, and Lillie Callaway; three brothers, Leroy Garrison, George Garrison and Cecil Garrison, all of Roanoke; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and other relatives. Funeral service will be held Monday 3:00 p.m. First Baptist Church, Hollins, with the Rev. C. R. Callaway officiating with burial in the church cemetery. The remains will be placed in the church on Sunday evening where the family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. Hamlar-Curtis, Morticians.
