WAS THE air-raid shelter in Baghdad one of Bush's "strategic" targets? Or were the women and children hiding there from our bombs part of the "logistics and communications" Gen. Schwarzkopf talks about?

Bush doesn't give a damn about Kuwait. He only cares about his political ratings. If killing unarmed women and children cowering in a bomb shelter adds to his "popularity," this country is headed for hell.
