OUTDOOR DRAMA AUDITIONS SCHEDULED

Representatives of at least 13 outdoor historical dramas in seven states will be at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill on March 23 to audition performers and technicians for the summer shows.

The auditions are sponsored by the Institute of Outdoor Drama and are open to those 18 and older with previous theater training or experience.

Pre-registration is required. Written applications must be received by March 18. There is a non-refundable application fee of $15.

Among the shows that will be auditioning for singers, dancers, actors and technicians on March 23 are "Unto These Hills" (Cherokee, N.C.), "The Lost Colony" (Manteo, N.C.) and "Horn in the West" (Boone, N.C.).
