At least 200 Norshipco workers walked off the job Friday after the ship-repair company ordered them to remove stickers of the American flag from their hard hats.
The workers, who claimed the Norshipco management was violating their patriotic rights, marched to the company's office and demanded a grievance meeting.
The managers refused and told employees to go back to work or leave.
