MCQUADE-PALMER

Mr. and Mrs. John T. McQuade are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Monaye McQuade, to John Palmer, son of Mrs. Dorothy Palmer of Salem, Va., and the late Mr. A. G. Palmer. Monaye is a 1982 Laurel Senior High graduate from Laurel, Md., and a 1988 graduate of Prince Georges Community College with an associate degree in nursing. She is an RN with Lewis-Gale Hospital in Salem, Va. John is a 1979 Salem Senior High graduate and has an associate degree in applied sciences from Virginia Western Community College and an associate degree in forest management from Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. He is presently employed with Norfolk Southern railway as a machinist. The wedding will take place at Thrasher Memorial United Methodist Church in Vinton, Va., in April 1991.
