MUGLER-MUNROE

Whitney Leigh Mugler and Richard Alan Munroe, Jr., are engaged and planning to be married June 1, 1991, at First Baptist Church in Galax, Va. Whitney is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Juan F. and Beverly Higgins Rios of Galax and the late Fredrick Wilson Mugler (Fred Frelantz) of Roanoke. She graduated from Galax High School in 1986 and from Radford University in 1990 with a B. S. in Graphic Art and Advertising. Richard is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Alan Munroe, Sr., of Charlotte, N. C. He graduated from Independence High School, Independence, Va., in 1982. He also attends Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, N. C. He is employed by Mack Trucking Co. of Charlotte, N. C.
