FREE SPACE FOR HOMOSEXUAL GROUP

YOUR FRONT page and several subsequent pages of the Extra Section Jan. 27 about gay lifestyle on the Tech campus were most offensive.

Those of us "celebrating" births, anniversaries, engagements and marriages have to pay for our space. I believe that we who have such traditional celebrations do have much to announce, but while we pay for our space, you are giving free coverage to the homosexual group.

If the "Celebrations" section is for those of us who have God-given family-type announcements, then please don't use "our" section for such a story. Why so much coverage anyway to such a minority?
