ORCHESTRA TO HOLD OPEN REHEARSAL

The Roanoke Symphony Orchestra will have an open rehearsal at 10 a.m. March 18 in the Roanoke Civic Center auditorium.

There will be an admission charge of $1, payable at the door, to cover the cost of refreshments served after the rehearsal.

The orchestra will be rehearsing for its subscription concert the same evening. On the program are James Sochinski's Fanfare No. 6; Beethoven's Concerto for Violin, Cello and Piano; and Beethoven's Symphony No. 6 ("Pastorale").

The open rehearsal is sponsored by the Roanoke Symphony Association of Volunteers.
