OBIT LEWIS, M.

Mae Camden Lewis, 75, died February 18, 1991 in Buena Vista. She was born in Rockbridge County May 1, 1915 the daughter of the late John H. and Vergie Miller Camden and the widow of Cecil A. Lewis. Surviving are seven daughters, Julie L. Watson and Christine L. Groah, both of Wooster, Ohio; Patsy L. Burns, Augusta, Ga.; Bessie L. Smith, Glasgow; Daisy L. Border, Tampa Fla.; Joyce L. Williams, Roanoke; Ida L. Campbell, Buena Vista; one son, John C. Lewis, Buena Vista; 19 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Lomax Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Robert Bevins. Burial will follow in the Falling Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
