William Fleet Lively, beloved son of Macie D. Carr of Poplar Hill, died February 19, 1991 in Richmond after an extended illness. He is also survived by his stepfather, Arnold G. Carr; his sister, Kay Sears, Richmond; his brother, Phillip A. Lively, Centreville; his stepsister, Pamela C. Dowdy, Falls Church and two step brothers, Ronald D. Carr, Nashville, Tenn.; and Ricky A. Carr, Fredericksburg; two nieces, Emily and Shannon Lively, two nephews, James H. and Matthew Sears, and many dear friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 23, at Christ Episcopal Church in Pearisburg with the Rev. Blanche Powell, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Christ Episcopal Church of Pearisburg, Va. 24134.
