Ronald Clayton Kidd, age 47, of Vinton died Wednesday, February 20, 1991. He was supervisor of Maintenance Department for General Shale-Webster Brick and was former owner of Kidd Welding. He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton W. Kidd and his sister, Carol Kidd Kingery. Surviving are his wife, Mary Huddleston Kidd; a daughter, Kelli Dionne Kidd of the home; his mother, Nora S. Kidd of Roanoke; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Donnie L. and Nancy S. Kidd of Boones Mill; James E. and Sheila G. Kidd of Vinton; a sister and brother-in-law, Elsie K. and Edward H. St.Clair of Richmond; a brother-in-law, L. E. (Sonny) Kingery of Roanoke County; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Hubert and Agnes Huddleston of Vinton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Vinton Chapel Friday, February 22, 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Randy Garner officiating. Interment in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
