JUDGE TO UNDERGO KIDNEY TRANSPLANT

Montgomery County Circuit Judge Kenneth I. Devore is scheduled to undergo a kidney transplant within the next few days at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C.

The transplant had been scheduled for Wednesday but was postponed while Devore underwent further testing.
