KOLLMORGEN INCOME LISTED AT 21 A SHARE

Kollmorgen Corp., parent of the Inland Motor and Industrial Drives plants in Radford, on Friday reported after-tax income of $3.9 million, or 21 cents per share, on sales of $238.5 million in 1990. Comparable figures for 1989 were an after-tax loss of $18.9 million, equal to $1.78 per share, on sales of $227.8 million.

For the fourth quarter of 1990, the company had after-tax income of $.9 million, equal to 4 cents per share, on sales of $62.7. Comparable figures for the fourth quarter of 1989 were an after-tax loss of $14.7 million, equal to $1.36 per share, on sales of $58.2 million, representing a 7.7 percent gain in 1990.
