13 GATORS ADVANCE TO A/B SWIM MEET

Thirteen Roanoke Valley Gators qualified for the State A/B Championship on Saturday at the Mini C Championship Meet at Virginia Commonwealth University.

On the boys' team, Tyler Gustafson, Travis Webb, Todd Kidder, Will Chapman, Jordan Dansby and Seth Ostlund each placed well and qualified for the A/B meet.

Stephanie Kluesner, Allison McNett, Kim Houghton, Julie Thacker, Lori Grubb, Lindsey Saufley and Laura Webb were the girls to qualify.

Joseph Kluesner and Allen Duvall each won races in the 6-under division, as did Saufley and Webb in 8-under and Thacker in the 10-under.
