SMITH-ANGLE

Anne Harver Angle of Shawsville and Jon Michael Smith of Kansas City, Ks., were married February 23, 1991, at Second Presbyterian Church in Roanoke. Rev. A. Taylor Todd performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mildred and the late William Ward Angle, Sr. of Shawsville, Va. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Lawrence Smith of Greensburg, Kansas.

The bride was escorted by her brother William Ward Angle, Jr., of Radford. Honor attendant was Susan Renee Boothe of Roanoke. Jay Lawrence Smith of Lawrence, Kansas served as best man.

The bride is a graduate of Shawsville High School and Virginia Commonwealth University. The bridegroom is a graduate of Greensburg High School and the University of Kansas. He is Automation Manager for Stanion Electric Wholesale, Kansas City, Kansas. After a wedding trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C. and Jekyl Island, Ga., the couple will make their home in Kansas City.
