ELKINS BIRTH

James Bradley Elkins, son of Mike and Debbie Elkins of Rt. 1, Ferrum, Va., was born February 4, 1991, at 7:31 P.M., in Community Hospital. James weighed 8 lbs. 7 ozs. and was 20 3/4 inches in length. His grandparents are Billy and Carol Woods of Ferrum, and Leo and Frances Elkins of Rocky Mount. His great-grandparents are Fred and Laramie Ingram, Charlie and Mattie Woods, all of Ferrum; and Edna Mitchell of Rocky Mount. Special thanks to Dr. Stockstill and the Staff at Community Hospital.
