Why would he say that? I guess he has access to our TV commercials, and the stories on drug use by teen-agers and young adults, and on drinking and driving. What kind of training are young people receiving at home and school?
There will be no winners of this war. But the American youth will be the greatest losers, and the credit can go to high-tech training. They will watch reruns of today's war, censored updates; then they will read a different version in their history books. If they have lost a parent or relative, they will need all the help they can get to cope with postwar living.
