Mrs. Mabel Constance (Connie) Garman, age 71, of Roanoke and formerly of the Coopers Cove section, died Sunday in a Roanoke hospital. She was retired from the Kroger Company. Mrs. Garman was Past National President of 29th Division Association Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, Reginald E. Garman; a son, David P. Garman, Alexandria; a daughter, Flanders Hinchey, Manassas. Funeral services will be conducted from Lotz Roanoke Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 26, 1991, with the Rev. Walter Edwards and the Rev. Harry B. Scott III officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
