OBIT-BROWN, R.

Ruby D. Brown, age 75, of Roanoke, died Sunday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie W. Brown. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, June B. and Ralph J. Duncan, Roanoke; son and daughter-in-law, J. Michael and Hildreth D. Brown, Lynchburg; six grandchildren, William Brown, Carl Brown, Chad Duncan, Timothy Brown, Laura Brown, and Martha Brown; an uncle, Obbie McGuire, Axton; and a number of very special cousins. The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 26, 1991, at Oakey's North Chapel by Dr. Darryl G. Crim. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday. Contributions may also be made to the Gideons International.
