LEXINGTON - Elizabeth Jane Sensabaugh, age 85, died Sunday, February 24, 1991, at her home. Mrs. Sensabaugh was born October 10, 1905, in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late John David Sensabaugh and Cora Weeks Sensabaugh. She was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, a former member of the Eastern Star Chapter 164, the Highland Belle Extension Club, and the Senior Citizens of Fairfield. She was the widow of Herman M. Sensabaugh and was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth M. Sensabaugh. Surviving are one son, Fred M. Sensabaugh Sr., Lexington; one sister, Mrs. Katrina Sensabaugh, Lexington; one brother, M.D. (Pete) Sensabaugh, Lexington; two grandsons, Fred M. Sensabaugh Jr., Harrisonburg; John P. Sensabaugh, Virginia Beach; two great-grand daughters, Sarah and Katie Sensabaugh, Harrisonburg. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, 1991, at the Harrison Funeral Chapel officiated by the Rev. James B. Grimmer. Burial will follow in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Lexington First Aid Crew or the Ebenezer United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Harrison Funeral Home.
