OBIT PHILLIPS, C.

Cecil Clinton Phillips, Sr., age 79, passed away Sunday, February 24, 1991 at Radford Community Hospital. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Cecil C. and Mary Ann Phillips, Jr., Radford; one daughter and son-in-law, Lotus and James Rooksberry, Roanoke; three brothers, Allen and Eather Phillips, both of Childress; Laddie Phillips, Christiansburg; three sisters, Mrs. Lidas Howell, Childress; Mrs. Agnes Graham and Mrs. Zella Basham, both of Salem; four grandsons, Cecil C. Phillips, III, Chad Phillips, Reid W. Johnson, III, and Shane Rooksberry. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Snowville Baptist Church with Rev. Jim McKittrick and Elder Willard Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the Snowville Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home in Radford.
