OBIT BURGESS, G.

George Grafflin Burgess Jr., age 60, of Woodbridge, Va., formerly of Eagle Rock, died Sunday, February 24, 1991, at the home of his daughter in Trinity, N.C. He is survived by his wife, Barbara F. Burgess, Woodbridge; two daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Jeanann) Sellers, Trinity, N.C.; Mrs. Robert (Nancy) Boykin, Woodbridge; one son, George G. Burgess III, Florida; four sisters, Virginia Newcomb, Daleville; Patsy Craft, Iron Gate; Betty Dudding and Kitty Bryant, both of Eagle Rock; two grandchildren; one future daughter-in-law, Shelia Mohr. Services in Eagle Rock will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Eagle Rock United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery. There will be a memorial service in Woodbridge on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Paul United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends at the Eagle Rock Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 7:00 until 9:00.
