CHEMICAL-TANK PLOT SUSPECT TO FACE JURY

A federal magistrate ruled Tuesday that prosecutors had enough evidence to bring a Maryland man before a grand jury on charges of plotting to blow up chemical tanks in Norfolk, Va.

Prosecutors contend Charles Edward Gresham Jr. conspired with two Arizona men to blow up two tanks and collect the insurance money.
