GILES COUNTY MAKES BIG NEWS IN ROANOKE

I LIVE in Giles County, and lately we have been big news in your paper. The reporter with the big ears wrote about our star in Pearisburg, and Kevin Kittredge wrote about our old fish on top of our courthouse.

I can't understand why two top-notch reporters like Kevin and the guy with the big ears want to waste their time hanging around our little one-horse, little-star, old-fish town when they could stay in wonderful Roanoke and report exciting murders, rapes and drug deals.
