John W. Smith, age 70, died February 23, 1991 at the Veterans Hospital in Salem, Va. A Wake will be held at Stanfield-Miller Funeral Home, Martinsville, Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home chapel Thursday at 2:00 p.m. with burial in the Norman family cemetery.
